so Im getting married in 6 months and have about 30 lbs to lose. today i weigh 180. Ive started the 21 day fix diet, which is really simalar to low carb. So hopefully ill be good about posting all my new meals. Day 1, scrambled eggs with greens, onions, bell peppers, and spinach. all freeze dried.

Spicy Pork, Meatballs, Turkey burger

 Turkey Burger with zucchini fries and veggies


Turkey and Pasta Sauce
1/2 lb turkey mixed with cheese
Topping: Parmesan cheese, carrots, zucchini, prego, mrs. dash seasoning.
 Pork tenderloin with Salad
 Sauce: 1/2 tapetio 1/2 bbq sauce

Steak Stir Fry

 
  • Thin cut steak 
  • 1 can water chestnuts drained or 1 c. fresh if you can get it. 
  • 1 c. carrots diced
  • 2 c. broccoli
  • Any other vegetables that you wanna throw in there:) 
  • 3/4th c. Soy sauce
  Fry the veggies first until soft. Then add the steak after cutting it into this slices. Add soy sauce and some salt and pepper. Bam. Sorry there are no pictures this time. I got hungry.... and it was already cold :D

Chicken and Bacon Wraps

 Super amazing and full of flavor. You will need.


  • Boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 bag of frozen veggies or fresh ingredients
  • 1/2 c. of asparagus
  • 1/2 c. of carrots
  • 1/2 c. broccoli
  • 1/2 c. red bell pepper 
  • 1 c. Shredded cheese
  • 1 package of bacon 
  • salt, pepper, and mrs. dash ( our main seasonings if you can't tell)
  • Open up the chicken as wide as you can. Fill with cheese, veggies, and pieces of bacon. Put very little in so you can now fold the chicken in half. 
  • Hold the chicken together by wrapping with one or two pieces of bacon. 

After we seasoned with Mrs. Dash and chives. Bake for 40 min. at 360 degrees.

No Carbohydrate Hamburger and Fries

Oh my Gosh. This was so good you have no idea. Way better then I though. My baby is such a genius. Its easy to eat healthy and low carb with someone like this :) 
  • 1/2 lb. Ground Hamburger meat seasoned with salt, pepper, shredded cheese, steak seasoning. 
  • Your choice of toppings, mushrooms, tomatoes, ketchup, more cheese, we did BBQ. 
  • Wrap Hamburger in lettuce instead of a bun. If you are like me and its too messy to eat a fork and knife work. 
Zucchini Fries:
  • 2 zucchini's sliced into long pieces 
  • Crack 1 large egg into bowl and dip the zucchini into egg. Fry in large pot with vegetable oil till golden.
  • When done sprinkle with Mrs. Dash seasoning and maybe some garlic. 


Steak and veggies

Pretty simple but delicious, STEAK AND VEGETABLES with a side salad.



  • Thin cut steak fried with onions and butter. 
  • Your choice of microwave vegetables. 
  • Salad with tomatoes, cheese, cucumbers, boiled eggs.
