Oh my Gosh. This was so good you have no idea. Way better then I though. My baby is such a genius. Its easy to eat healthy and low carb with someone like this :)
- 1/2 lb. Ground Hamburger meat seasoned with salt, pepper, shredded cheese, steak seasoning.
- Your choice of toppings, mushrooms, tomatoes, ketchup, more cheese, we did BBQ.
- Wrap Hamburger in lettuce instead of a bun. If you are like me and its too messy to eat a fork and knife work.
Zucchini Fries:
- 2 zucchini's sliced into long pieces
- Crack 1 large egg into bowl and dip the zucchini into egg. Fry in large pot with vegetable oil till golden.
- When done sprinkle with Mrs. Dash seasoning and maybe some garlic.
